Voxbil works fully offline and has no account or login. All your business data — invoices, estimates, clients, items, payments, your logo and signature — is stored only on your device. There is no cloud: if you want a backup, use Settings → Back up to save a zip file anywhere you choose (your own drive, computer or a chat app). Deepliy never receives or stores your business data. Voxbil shows no ads and collects no advertising ID. To keep the app reliable we use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring for anonymous, aggregated usage, crash and performance diagnostics, and purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

Voxbil contains no advertising and does not use an advertising ID (AD_ID). We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring only to understand feature usage, diagnose crashes and measure performance; this data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Subscription and one-time purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Your business data itself is never uploaded anywhere: the only backup is the zip file YOU export from Settings and store wherever you choose. Voxbil can also show optional on-device notifications (for example, a reminder on an invoice due date or when an app update is ready); these are generated on your device, contain no personal data, are sent by no server, and can be turned off anytime in your Android notification settings.
