Fenwix works fully offline and has no account or login. All your inspection data — checklists, answers, notes, photos, voice notes, finger signatures and GPS stamps — is stored only on your device. If you choose to back up, the optional cloud backup goes to your OWN Google Drive: you sign in with your Google account and the backup is written to a hidden app folder (appDataFolder) inside your own Drive. Deepliy never receives or stores your inspection data, and your Google identity is used only on your device to access your Drive. Fenwix shows no ads and collects no advertising ID. To keep the app reliable we use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous, aggregated usage and crash diagnostics, and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing.
Locally Stored Data
- Inspections, answers, notes and compliance results
- Photos, voice notes and finger signatures
- GPS location stamped on an inspection
- Company profile, logo and app settings
Advertising
Fenwix contains no advertising and does not use an advertising ID (AD_ID). We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics only to understand feature usage and diagnose crashes; this data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Subscription purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. If you choose to back up, the optional cloud backup stores your inspection data in your own Google Drive (a hidden app folder in your Drive) so you can restore it later — Deepliy never receives or stores it. Fenwix can also show optional on-device reminder notifications (for example, to continue an unfinished inspection or to let you know when an app update is ready); these are generated on your device, contain no personal data, are sent by no server, and can be turned off anytime in Settings or in your Android notification settings.
